Algemene Voorwaarden

These Terms govern the use of zgservices.nl and the services offered by Zenith Gomes Services / ZNELGO ("ZG Services", "we", "our"), registered in the Netherlands under KvK 42053585 and BTW NL005458660B14, Prins Hendrikstraat, 3131 PL Vlaardingen — Rotterdam.

ZG Services operates a curated business ecosystem covering:

• Logistics, moving, transport and courier services (ZNELGO).
• Digital solutions — websites, online presence, automation.
• Recruitment introductions and candidate facilitation.
• Curated partner network and ecommerce (Zenith Shop).

Quotations and estimates are non-binding and valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before service commencement. Prices are stated in EUR and exclude VAT unless explicitly noted. Additional work, distance, waiting time, access constraints or specialist handling may incur surcharges agreed in advance.

Operational services are delivered by ZG Services and/or vetted partner carriers. Standard liability follows the AVC (Algemene Vervoerscondities) for domestic transport and CMR for cross-border transport. Customers must accurately declare contents, weight, fragility and value, and ensure adequate access at pickup and delivery addresses. We are not liable for losses arising from incorrect declarations, packing performed by the customer, or inherent defects of the goods.

Digital deliverables (websites, integrations, content) are scoped in a written brief or proposal. Timelines are best-effort and may be impacted by client feedback cycles, third-party services, or domain / hosting providers. Unless explicitly agreed in writing, we do not guarantee specific search-engine rankings, conversion rates, or third-party platform behaviour.

ZG Services acts as an intermediary between candidates and recruitment partners. We do not guarantee employment, salary, visa outcomes, or contract conditions, all of which remain the sole responsibility of the hiring employer.

To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the fees paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or commercial losses, including loss of profit, delays caused by third parties, force majeure events, or interruptions of external services (carriers, hosting, payment processors, marketplaces).

Some services are delivered together with independent partners (carriers, agencies, freelancers, marketplace operators). They act on their own terms and remain solely responsible for their own deliverables. Where we facilitate an introduction, we assume no responsibility for the resulting commercial relationship.

All content on zgservices.nl — including text, design, code, logos, imagery and brand elements — is owned by ZG Services or used under licence. Reproduction, distribution, scraping or commercial reuse without prior written consent is prohibited. Customer-specific deliverables transfer to the customer upon full payment, except for underlying frameworks, libraries and reusable components, which remain ours.

Visitors and customers may not:

• Misuse or attempt to compromise the website or its security.
• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information.
• Upload malicious, infringing or unlawful content.
• Use the site for spam or automated scraping.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Rotterdam, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
